Very clean, 2 blocks to a major tram line and 2 blocks the other direction to the water with a short walk to old town as well, charming decor, and helpful friendly staff. Perfect stay in Zurich and a relatively reasonable price.

I got a free upgrade. Room was large and nicely furnished. Breakfast buffet was tasty, varied, and very well laid out. Extremely close to the train station.

It was so nice. The staffs were attentive, especially Robin at Front Desk and the housekeeping staffs. Our room was spacious and VERY comfortable. It was cold outside but it was always pleasant inside. The floor was warm as well. The view was spectacular. We got to experience different kinds of weather at the top as we stayed there for a few days. The location itself is a tourist attraction so there are lots of trails. It’s really nice to walk around!

His team, from front desk to housekeeping, maintained immaculate standards with remarkable consistency. Their ability to anticipate rather than merely react to guest needs demonstrated the superior service culture he has established. A particular incident stands out: when a fellow guest accidentally left their iPad before a same-day flight, Mr. Mahakumara personally arranged international shipping to America. This level of attentive problem-solving exemplifies his commitment to guest satisfaction. Having experienced luxury hotels worldwide, the environment Mr. Mahakumara has created is truly distinctive. He achieves the perfect balance of five-star service while maintaining an atmosphere of genuine warmth. Super spacious and comfortable room. Perfect bed, dark room at night, spacious bathroom, totally equipped kitchen in the room, beautifully decorated, super silent, one minute away from anything one might need and the Tram (1 minute away) goes by every 6 minutes in any direction you may need to go. Super nice staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Amazing stay.
