The food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area.

Luxury hotel - great view from room of mountains - really friendly and helpful staff - great restaurant with interesting and varied menu - really good breakfasts and relaxing places to sit and have a Calafate sour. Location perfect at the entrance to the park. We were even able to get petrol (very expensive)at the hotel to top us up for journey back to Calafate.

This place is a little gem with the most impressive view, comfy rooms, welcoming and attentive staff, and wonderful cuisine. The swimming pool in the spa area is warm (just not a hot tub), and benefits from a nice view and pool massage beds. The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the national park and you can access it with a normal car.

The VIEW is to die for. The food is delicious and the staff are extremely helpful. There are large grounds to walk around in l, and a few nice walks up the nearby hills. It was also super nice to have the spa available for relaxation days. The sauna is perfect after a long hike. And the pool has an amazing view of the mountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Torres del Paine.
