The hotel staff was exceptional. Everything about the Langham hotel is always amazing. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail are always out of this world. A special thank you to SPLA. On our 1st day of arrival, he helped us with a cab driver who had overcharged us, from the airport to the hotel. He was extremely attentive, and from that night, he went over and above the call of duty to make sure that we're comfortable and don't lack for anything. He made us feel at home. Him and his colleagues made sure to organize and keep our luggage because we had to travel to another province for 2 days.They kept it safe for us until we returned. Krystal the guest relations officer was also amazing. Almost every morning she would make sure we get to our correct destinations, translating for us. She would also make amazing recommendations for us, she speaks good English. She made us feel at home. Kervin, I think he's a supervisor or manager, was also so kind to us. Overall this is the reason why I always choose to stay at the Langham, when I'm in Guangzhou. Their hospitality never lacks. It's a good hotel, with amazing personnel that make you feel at home.

The hotel is Beautiful. The ground floor looks nice and the reception is on the 70th floor. The building is excellent. Rooms are clean, silent, and big, with exceptional views, a big bathroom, and a toilet with an automatic up and down lid, flush by itself.

Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambiance.

Swimming pool is really nice and the good thing is that it's open all day up to 22:00. Staff is very helpful and professional. Room was always clean and tidy after cleaning service. Breakfast buffet has many choices every day and it is also open till 10:30 so you can have longer sleep in the morning without worrying about missing it. Other facilities like the gym, tennis court and basketball court are also good and convenient. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall where you can find anything you need and there are lots of central streets with cool cafes around it.
