Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

The apartment was huge and modern, beautiful interior and well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, shower with amazing water pressure, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent provided. Very comfortable bed but soft pillows, large tv with internet connection. Location walking distance from city center. Parking not provided but helpful staff that helped us out with their advises. Checking in and out done by the code, same as Airbnb, no reception or staff for this process at the location

The apartment itself exceeded expectations. It was lovely. Great kitchen/diner, large main bedroom with comfortable bed, and good bathroom with lots of hot water and washing machine if required. A lot of basics were supplied too - towels, coffee, tea, soap, laundry liquid etc. The Lidl opposite is also a big plus. The walk into town is about 10 minutes or so. The area was quiet and I had no issues at all there.

Location is great - in the center but away from all noise, close to thermal resort, restaurants, grocery and souvenir stores. Both A3 and A4 are very stylish! It was a pleasure to come back there every day and spend evening with the family in such a gorgeous rooms. Bathroom with jacuzzi in A4 is a blast! The host is very responsive and helpful! We LOVE the apartments!
