The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

Just a fantastic place to stay, Rooms were great, bed was amazing, beautiful garden with pool and bbq which we used. Breakfast was superb and plentiful.. however the best thing about the place was the couple who run it, they were so friendly and great to chat with, they really make you feel at home.

Breakfast was excellent. Kitchenette is open for 24 hours. You can book massages and other procedures at the premises. Manager Anastasia is very helpful. She organized everything very fast what we asked. I think she is very devoted to the job. The location is very good. Train station is walking distance of 500 meters. You can walk to the town center through the park. Nice walk.

Nice, clean, quiet. Close to all interesting locations. The owner was really helpful, even came with me to the nearest free parking. The breakfast is good.

The fully renovated historic Rezidence Villa Gloria can be found in the picturesque area of the Forest Source of Marianske Lazne and offers you nice views of the forest and the spa parks.

The best accommodation I've had in Marienbad: comfortable, beautiful villa in a quiet neighbourhood, rich breakfast and simply the most hospitable staff. We also enjoyed the wellness, which is much nicer than in many spa hotels in town.
