It all starts with the amazing staff. They were incredibly nice and helpful. We stayed there 3 nights and even dined in the restaurant which was our best meal of the trip along with the wine. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel & local institution in the Eifel region. Free parking lot. The hotel is very clean and well managed. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had great lighting and large shower with more than enough hot water. We had a view to the rear of the hotel where the sunset was stunning! The restaurant on site is popular in the area, weekends may need a reservation to be safe. Locally brewed Bitburger on tap! A large spread of breakfast in the morning along with a bakery next door. A small grocery store is just up the street, Edeka along with a small Getränkemarkt/ drinks market down the street behind it. All within short walking distance if needed.
