We had a fantastic stay at Villa Johanna in May for 5 days while attending an event in Karlsruhe. The house had a welcoming entrance with space to remove shoes. It had two levels - downstairs featured a home gym, sauna, rain shower, cold water pipe, and a WC. Outside, the terrace provided breathtaking views of the Black Forest and had a swing to enjoy Bad Herrenalb's beauty. Upstairs, there was a room for two, a bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living room with a large TV. On the first floor, three rooms accommodated six people, with a gallery area containing an antique desk, a chaise longue, and a balcony. The master bathroom had a large bathtub and a WC. Another stair led to a room under the roof with toys, books, and a balcony. The surroundings were serene, with a nearby river, meadows, and views of the Black Forest. There were convenient dining options, including a tasty Greek restaurant, as well as a supermarket and drugstore nearby. The owners' attention to detail was evident, from the fully equipped kitchen to a set of towels for each guest. The villa was worth the money, exceptionally clean, and provided a relaxing experience. We plan to return next year!

What a fantastic place to stay on my return from Italy and Austria! The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. Communal areas are very modern and welcoming with a total focus on guests feeling fulfilled and happy. Well done! The pool and spa areas were immaculately clean, well designed and as relaxing as possible. Lastly the restaurant, it left nothing to be desired in the evening and breakfast was high quality too.

Excellent location from which to visit Bad Wildbad or surrounding cities such as Pforzheim or Karlsruhe. The apartment is small, only comfortable for one person or a couple, but it has everything you need: comfortable bed, small table and chairs, small kitchen, full bathroom. There's also a balcony. It is a bit of a hike up the hill from the town center, but that's going to be true of any place in Bad Wildbad unless you're staying right in the center, and we saw places much higher up the hill than this one. Natalia was pleasant and easy-going (we only communicated by messages through Booking.com). The garage-with-lift was just a bit too height-restrictive for our car, but there was free parking a short walk away. (Also worth noting, if you've used a certain air-related accommodation site: everything we needed was supplied and ready. Bed made, towels in bathroom, paper towels in the kitchen, plates, silverware; the only thing we needed to bring was our own shampoo.) We'd happily stay here again.

I travel a lot; the host is THE BEST host I’ve ever had! He responds very fast and tries to solve any problem one coild have regarding the stay. The apartment is really well situated, and it has everything one would need.

Wonderful hotel with unlimited free access to the palais thermal, four floors. The room was clean and with a balcony, big bathroom, breakfast is very good as well. We were a bit late and the reception waited for us. Thanks again for such a nice experience we had.
