Polite and helpful staff, it's close to the tram station, it has a parking under the hotel which costs 20€ per night. It was clean. We liked the breakfast as well.

We stayed in the hotel for the Carnival period, it was a great stay, especially for kids having a swimming pool. The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It has plenty of grocery and other shops around. The only issue it takes you 20-30 minutes to reach the center via a straight train. the train station is located 50 meters from the Hotel. The sauna and swimming pool area are clean and comfortable.

The place was very nice and clean,the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! the breakfast had a wide array of options and I was very pleased to see it was affordable for such a luxury experience! The 24 hour service was very nice since I was concerned about coming in very late in the night/early morning. I called ahead and staff let me know my options. I wish I remembered the name of the man on staff who helped me and my sister but I am very grateful for his help and kindness. Would recommend to anyone.

I felt like a Queen in this magic, bigger-than-life, palatial palace. The room was big and roomy, breakfast had plenty of selections. Was going to have dinner in the Dali bar because we were hungry but since there was a conference going on, it felt under-staffed so we left and didn't get to experience it.
