I stayed here only for a tranzit flight since the flight was early in the morning. I had booked the wrong date but the staff was very helpful to cancel it and gave me room . The hotel was new and very organized. Everything in the room was modern. A big thanks goes for the receptionist guy.

Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

I had a great stay at the Kronenhotel in Stuttgart. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the main station and close to everything I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was also a highlight: a wide selection, fresh, and really tasty. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location is good practical hotel good price for a junior suite presence of soft drinks as a gift no water no coffee machine stuff are very friendly but busy minded my room windows were closed and they requested to open them. I was reassured they will be open, but unfortunately, nothing was done finally Very important if you have a car not to pay the hotel and pay directly in the parking machine it costs €16 per day.
