Mr. Mohammed the front office manager had put down a tremendous afford to satisfy us in our staying with his great positive approach that I believe he deserved a promotion. We didn't enjoy food quality. It was none eatability at our point .We complained that to front office manager who welcomed us at check-in As result he offered us to be treated at a la carte as a result we have satisfied our stay. By the way main Restorant food turned to be better quality next days when we checked maybe first time it was a coincidence as nobody is perfect and even though perfect, can't be good every day though I do understand. Keep it up Mr.mohammed 👍

i have no words to describe how amazing this vacation was. Mr Mohamed el Gohary assisted us in every single detail. I travel a lot and I’ve been in countless places but never in my life i’ve seen this kind of service, cleanness, hospitality and experience. the food was mind blowing too. i think life is too short to travel to the same place twice but in all honesty I can’t wait to be back to meraki!

We did all inclusive which was fantastic. We were especially impressed with the quality,variety and freshness of the food. Attention of staff was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Don't change and we hope it remains as good and we hope to return. The adult pool area was pleasing.

The resort is very specious, clean and the greenery is everywhere so it’s absolutely beautiful to walk around. If you are coming with kids, it is very family friendly. The resort has relax pool, children’s pool, and main pool that is 155cm deep that was a refreshment to see. There are enough sun beds so you don’t have to reserve it early in the morning. Also, there is an aqua park. We weren’t sure if there is one, but there definitely is. There are total of 6 slides. Each night there is some sort of entertainment either a theater or live music/party or both. We would like to also add that the staff is absolutely amazing and nice to their guests. The food is diverse and very tasty!

The location is nice, we have a nice pier to the ocean so we can swim in the deep water. The staff was also very helpful, a lot of friendly faces, the staff team from the restaurant was excellent, and Nada from customer relation, she was constantly checking with us to make sure we’re good. The reception staff was also extremely nice, when we went on a tour, they actually packed us lunch boxes!!

My family and I had the greatest trip ever in Rixos Premium Seagate. The hotel is luxurious, clean with spectacular landscapes. The staff..I would like to thank all the staff members for everything, they were friendly, kind , helpful and professional. In addition I want to thank the security team because I dropped my wallet in the reception and they looked for me to receive it and they were really professional and honest. The pools.. there are plenty of pools with different depths and they are clean and nice. And there are lots of bars. also the lifeguards were everywhere. The beach.. the snorkeling experience was amazing and we saw different fishes and coral reefs. There were towel carts everywhere and also bars with nice beverages. The aqua park .. I liked it som much . It was clean and very big .. there was a wave pool and a lazy river too and there are a car race and it was really nice. The food.. the food was delicious with a large variety, the main restaurant is amazing and you can listen to amazing musicians playing music while eating meals. The room.. I was in a junior suite and it was clean spacious with all the facilities we need. The entertainment.. the night shows are awesome. The shows were very entertaining and we had much fan. Eventually, it was such an amazing experience and it is highly recommended to stay in Rixos Premium Seagate

Love the friendly and very sweet stuff Love the hotel facilities Love the different kind of pools and attractions inside the hotel The chef s are wonderful , chef Mohamed Ala who is wonderful and created food we loved Reception Abdalla , and all Other from reception are amazing and very helpful The manager of restaurant Ezzat he is so manageable and kind , he base a very nice skills to communicate and explain everything, the cleaner of my room Ahmed , he made arts after every cleaning and it is totally safe to leave personal belongings.

Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!
