EVERYTHING !!!!!!! Where do I start? The staff was super lovely, nice, very professional and helpful, everyone at the hotel was so nice to us!!! The location is perfect. The amenities are amazing. The food is delicious. The room very nice and comfortable. Honestly this is one of the best stays I’ve had in my entire life. I was so sad to leave… I want to come back already !

It is a gorgeous hotel with phenomenal staff. The room was very comfortable. The rooftop patio restaurant is fantastic. The food was great. The views are beautiful. The service is excellent. The seating is very comfortable. They sent me up an unexpected, complimentary bottle of Cava, champagne, the first day. The fitness center and complimentary spa were outstanding.

Everything was exceptional. So many ways the hotel signals that they are there to take care of you. I loved how central it way. #1 for me is being able to walk everywhere and we could - from the Gaudi attractions to Picasso museum to Barri Gothic and pick up spots for the tours we took (Dali and ballooning)

There was a good choice and amount of food for breakfast. All the cooked options were delicious, especially the Eggs Benedict. The restaurant in the Hotel serves a good choice of food, all the options we tried were very tasty. The Hotel is located approximately a 10min walk from the underground system and from the route of the Hop-on/off tourist bus providers. This area has number of other restaurants. Also, all the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was to much to ask of them.

I booked this hotel for my parents who couldn’t speak English or Spanish, and this is their first time traveling by themselves. Monument hotel assigned car service for my parents between airport and hotel, the drivers are punctual, helpful and very kind. The room is really remarkable ! Location is terrific, pratique for all the famous tourisme sites. My parents enjoyed their trip very much and highly recommend me to stay when I travel in Barcelona. Thank you all !
