It is an amazing luxury hotel, we loved the room, as it is really spacious, has a great location, room and amenities are fantastic! The pool on the terrace with sunbath beds is a super nice touch, we loved this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Everything at the Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They spoke very good English and they couldn't have done any more for us. The Hotel is fabulous which includes a lovely outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities and fitness center. The breakfast at the Hotel was also top class with plenty of variety and selection to choose from. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Bilbao to choose this hotel to stay in. You certainly will not be disappointed. It is in a fantastic location as well very near to the city center of Bilbao. 10/10 for this Hotel. We will definitely be back.

Modern facility and room. Room was very clean and spacious for two. AC works great. Around 4 min walking to the metro station, then one stop to the historic downtown or three stops to Guggenheim Museum (+10 min walking). Reception staff was very friendly. Many parking spaces(€22/night), if you need a parking spot in Bilbao it's a good choice.
