One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beginning with the front desk staff, the room, location, everything was excellent.

Modern facility and room. Room was very clean and spacious for two. AC works great. Around 4 min walking to the metro station, then one stop to the historic downtown or three stops to Guggenheim Museum (+10 min walking). Reception staff was very friendly. Many parking spaces(€22/night), if you need a parking spot in Bilbao it's a good choice.
