We loved everything about this hotel. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The added touch of letting us choose a preferred scent to be sprayed in our room was a nice and elegant touch upon check-in. Our room (Neroli Suite) was beautifully appointed and very spacious. It's probably one of the largest we've encountered in any stay we've had in Europe. Location was wonderful and very walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again when in Granada again!

Everything was super, but 2 things - especially. 1. Wi-fi speed (the fastest internet I have ever met in hotels, please keep in on the same level in future) 2. Restaurant (very good place for breakfasts and dinners a la carte)
