Everything went well except I became ill. Fortunately the receptionist got a Doctor for me who came to the Hotel within 45 minutes, I thought that was amazing. The Doctor took care of the problem and I went on to have a super holiday.

This design complex, surrounded by the subtropical gardens of Puerto de Mogán, is set just yards from the beach. It has 3 outdoor pools and a spa center where you can relax.

Great location, just a short pleasant walk to the beach. Great facilities: swimming pools, kids area, excellent choice of food and beverages at buffet, at breakfast as well as for dinner. Nice stuff . We loved our stay at cordial mogan valle!

Spacious and green. This hotel is a botanical garden, lots of different plants, you casually encounter growing bananas, mangos, etc. The reception (and main restaurant) is in a huge multi-level dome with plants, small ponds and stone walls - it looks incredible. Food was amazing, the variety and quality was much better then most other hotels we've stayed before. Staff was friendly, but that's pretty much the standard now. What made it exceptional is that after showing us the room they offered to join the extra bed with ours (our 2yo child sleeps with us, so we didn't want a crib) and install a barrier on one side - after this we had a huge triple bed and were able to sleep comfortably (much better than at home). The pools aren't huge, but aren't small either. There is a separate pool for small children (50cm deep), but in the big one depth was increasing slowly, so our kid could go a few meters in before it started getting too deep. It also wasn't crowded (visiting mid-June) and sunbeds + umbrellas were plentiful and available at any time. Overall it was one of the best hotels we've stayed in and we didn't expect it to be THAT GOOD when we booked. We're not the "come to the same place twice" kind of people, but here we will visit again.

The hotel is built in a very modern style, and we really enjoyed the pools. We had a room with outside bath, which gave us an enhanced feeling of privacy. Breakfast has a lot of tasty options to choose from and staff is very helpful, with a smile on their face at all times. The place is a short distance from the beach, but the hotel provides a regular bus there and back (we didn’t use it tho as we hired our own car). Overall, would greatly recommend!

Beautiful spacious and clean newer property. The villa was gorgeous! The view was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all extremely nice and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Was also nice that there is a SPAR grocery store on site with good prices.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at AxelBeach Maspalomas! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The hotel has a great vibe – stylish, relaxed, and perfectly located. The facilities were top-notch: the pool area was always clean and inviting, the gym was well-equipped, and the garden area offered a perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout goes to Hamza, the masseur – his hands are magic! One of the best massages we've ever had. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gay-friendly, fun, and comfortable place to stay in Gran Canaria!
