One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I spent 2 nights at this Hotel with my wife, it was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. From greeting us at the Hotel gate, guiding us to our beautiful room with the amazing view over the lake and the amazing Spa that they have. The service was honestly exceptional. our room was maintained twice daily with little gifts that they lift over our bed every evening with a small lovely note. Food was excellent. Pricy but totally worth it.

The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.

Bed comfortable and bed linen good quality. Lovely heated pool and pretty gardens. Plenty of seating and shade. Plenty of choice at breakfast which could be eaten inside or in the garden. Short walk to the lakeside. Plenty of parking.

Fabulous spa on top floor with skylights of mountains and views of lake. Magic massage. Friendly helpful staff kindly helped us with our stumbling French. Brilliant base to bike ride around Annecy lake and relax in spa after a cold dip in the lake.

Comfortable, beatiful and luxurious rooms. A fresh and cosy spa. Excellent breakfast, restaurant and great service. The garden is beatiful and has an air of the old abbey.
