Location was very convenient for us traveling from Heathrow to Wales, we spent one night at the hotel and it was fantastic! The room is very comfy, and so is the bed. They have a restaurant and the food was simply delicious !!! There’s a soup of sweet potato and coconut you MUST try! Fantastic! And the main plates were so tasty as well. The room was silent, we had a wonderful night there.

The scenery and atmosphere were absolutely gorgeous. The hotel provided peace and relaxation from everyday life. The breakfast was good. The space to work downstairs was fabulous. It was quiet and every member of the staff was friendly. If food was ordered to be taken back to the room, they used containers that were suitable to use and journey through the hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and professional especially the Spanish lady in charge of breakfast then at the bar-unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Breakfast was a great novelty for the children with a pancake machine and a giant Nutella pump! The pool, steam room and sauna were very clean.

This hotel is in a lovely situation right beside the Thames path with views of swans, geese and boating. Reception staff charming and welcoming. Our room was spacious with tea and coffee, water and biscuits provided. The breakfast was plentiful with a good buffet as well as a cooked to order section. Choice good for vegetarians. The leisure centre is luxurious with swimming pool at a comfortable temperature, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
