But I was very disappointed with the steam room and sauna as I paid for the facilities and the steam room had hardly no steam you couldn’t feel the warmth from it . It was as though it was not working or had been turned off, the same with the sauna . This was the main reason for visiting was I wanted to relax after work and use the facilities for unwinding after such a busy schedule. Everything else was ok

The Spa treatment was very relaxing and the massage therapist (Grace) was very professional. The Italian staff at the restaurant and at the reception were very friendly and made feel home for one day. This was definitely a plus for the hotel.
