Breakfast was wonderful. You could have anything you wanted at any time, without being wasteful. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fabulous view from the terrace.

Walking distance from centre of Copan Ruinas. There is a hostel/hotel opposite where we collected the keys which had a restaurant for breakfast etc (which we didn't end up using). Felt a reasonably quiet and safe part of town and we were able to park our hire car directly outside the house. A great base for exploring the ruins and hot springs.

The owner is very nice and I think he is helping the community because there where American people staying who were building houses for the poor people.
