We spent 3 nights here in January 2025 and were kindly upgraded to a suite overlooking the mountains and rice paddy fields. The property is immaculately maintained and we found it a beautiful place to unwind after visiting the Ijen crater. The staff at Reception easily arranged transfers for us. We enjoyed our meals at their restaurant and the staff were charming. Highly recommend.

I arrived tired and hungry and in a bad mood which led to my over reacting to a small problem in the room. I was truly amazed at how well the staff responded to my complaint. The Manager Pak Hilman and all of the staff were really fantastic. I quickly realised that really it was my own tired state that was the problem but they would not let me apologise, instead they went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time I have stayed here and I can only recommend it highly. The breakfast is excellent as is the food in the cafe and great cakes also. I love that they are opposed to single use plastics. I can't recommend this hotel more highly.
