There is no better view than Ijen resort in the town. Rice fields on one side, mountains on another, plush green vastness all around. An extra 5 kms into the interiors but waking up to the serene beauty of volcanoes afar and an indoor pool and pond, and a huge area of greens compensated. The staff went an extra mile to arrange our trip to Kawah Ijen and it was truly appreciated

I arrived tired and hungry and in a bad mood which led to my over reacting to a small problem in the room. I was truly amazed at how well the staff responded to my complaint. The Manager Pak Hilman and all of the staff were really fantastic. I quickly realised that really it was my own tired state that was the problem but they would not let me apologise, instead they went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time I have stayed here and I can only recommend it highly. The breakfast is excellent as is the food in the cafe and great cakes also. I love that they are opposed to single use plastics. I can't recommend this hotel more highly.
