One of the best hotels I've ever been to worldwide, and trust me, I travel a lot and have been to many hotels. The staff are welcoming, kind, and helpful. The property faces Kuta beach and is located near many restaurants and markets. The amenities and facilities in the hotel are perfect. The pool is very relaxing, and the view is amazing. They have two restaurants serving delicious food, and the environment is lovely. A must-book if you're planning your trip to Bali (Kuta/Seminyak...).

the room is excellent, everything work fine. all facilities working as it is. the bed was soo comfy and the air conditioner work well too. entertainment is more than enought. the bar and swimming pool is clean and looks good. lastly, staff was soo friendly and helpful.
