The superb staff and services are beyond words. Abdul welcomed us on our arrival with a big smile, offered us refreshing drinks on a warm afternoon, clearly explained the housekeeping rules, and very kindly carried our heavy bags upstairs. Stefanie, the owner of the guesthouse, then offered us some local snacks before we went on our hunt for dinner. We couldn't thank Rei, our driver, enough for taking care of us throughout our stay. He took into account my parents' age, capability and safety when recommending the Gili tours for us - instead of the most expensive 5 Gili tour, which he explained would be too physically demanding for them, he suggested the 3 Gili tour, which we all enjoyed very much. He speaks good English and is very funny. He also considerately played some Chinese music in the car for my non-English-speaking parents when driving us around. When I was out of cash, he lent me some without asking for a receipt. The sweetest thing was that he invited us to a family birthday party, where we enjoyed a yummy local hotpot meal and a wonderful night. We really appreciate the love they gave us!🧡 The house itself is such a lovely compound with beautiful plants in the yard and cute English decorations Stefanie put everywhere. Our family room was spacious, bright and clean, with air-conditioning and a big bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the bespoke towels were a personal touch of the owner. We also had a huge balcony with a relaxing overview of the yard. They put up several WiFi extenders around the house to ensure excellent WiFi signals everywhere. As many other guests have commented, the guesthouse offers unlimited free water, milk and tropical juices in the fridge in the dining room, and the continental breakfast (help-yourself toasties, 2 eggs, pancake/cakes and fruits) was simple but balanced and delicious. White Rose was of incredible value for money and was our favourite accommodation in Indonesia.

Very amazing place to stay with all the design and easy and simple. You dont worry about anything. Close to the pool, close to the beach, close to bar, close to cafe. They’re really well maintaince and very friendly staff an owner. We’re absolutely love to coming back here again and really recommended this place. Well done guys 🩵🩵🩵

Really lovely villa. Wonderful view from the property and the sunsets are very special. The breakfasts were great and all the staff couldn’t be more accommodating

Super nice stay with great atmosphere and lovely pools. Very welcoming stuff: got a welcome drink and cold refreshing towels upon check-in. They are very helpful with whatever question you have. Got an extremly big help with my car rental even. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Beautiful resort. Unlike many other photos of places on booking.com, Coconut lives up to what is advertised. Gorgeous pool area, room is stylish and spacious. Bed was huge, comfortable and linen very soft. The whole place is exceptionallly clean and without flaws like i see in the more expensive hotels that rate themselves as high star rating. Very good value for money.  Is tucked away in an area that is not touristy which i think is better than being trapped in a large resort that keeps you away from local experience.
