Was really amazed with the hospitality from Turi Beach Resort. Excellent location. The resort is huge and got a natural vibes. One can see lush greens and it's open to natural habitats like moneys and different kinds of birds. Once in Batam must try Turi Beach Resort. Breath taking views from the room or should I say cottage. One can get clear, undisturbed views from the balcony.   Unwind and relaxing environment over all. Breakfast spread was great, it had both local and international cuisines to choose from. Dinner had an ala carte menu to choose from and it did git varities. Special mention to Lely, Yusuf and Lady from the front office department. They were exceptionally helpful and kind. Always helped in all possible ways. They were so accommodating and kind enough to allow me for an early check-in. Kudous to the team. Extremely professional and always welcoming with a smile. Thank you so much Turi Beach Resort for making our stay amazing. I will definitely be back soon to let loose myself with the beauty and relaxing nature. Thank you Turi for your warm hospitality.

The service staffs delivered their best. Helpful, warmth, made us feel hard to go back to Jakarta. Ibu Siti, the restaurant staff, she is excellent! We will return in October (plan for my husband's birthday) and promised to see her again!! She can be the role model for all service staffs!

The room is super new, i think the hotel open just past few months The lobby is also very nice, with a spiral staircase if you are the kind of person who likes to take photo It was a stay-in vacation for me so i really do appeciate the new, big smart TV Its also a quiet area except its just my luck there was a marathon event running on the morning when i stayed there but the hotel made effort by sending notice to the guest, telling us upfront there will be a marathon happening tomorrow morning so its all expected, the communication was done nicely

We enjoyed the sunset at the island bar and the pool area. The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly at the resort. Food was quite good and the breakfast was good as well. Nothing really stood out too much in terms of food. We also enjoyed our couples massage, it was very minimal but it was good value for money as it was easy to go right back to our hotel room after.

A great place to relax. So serene. Huge villa. Masterbedroom was super spacious with great view. Breakfast buffet spread was superb. Love the Montigo Wellness Spa. Buggy service was always available although we prefer walking. Staffs were very polite.

i loved the view from the master’s bedroom. very relaxing and it’s very spacious 🫶🏻 all the staff are very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay. mr. erwin (housekeeping manager) made it sure that everything is okay at our villa. mr. ajis (spa & wellness staff), he is very entertaining. me and my friends had so much fun!! hope to be back!!! :)

Relaxing environment. Spa was pricey but worth the money. Breakfast decent with a good spread. Had left a ring in the room but the cleaner found it and was kind enough to return it in which I happily gave a tip. Overall an amazing trip, would love to come back for a longer holiday. Great for a family stay.

The location is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the view was amazing - definitely worth booking a room with sea view! We did not fully understand the dinner/restaurant situation but on our second night we had dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant and it was excellent. The breakfast buffet is great with freshly made omelettes and a wide range of choices from all continents. We booked a couple’s massage and it was very relaxing. We had a lovely time at the resort.
