We came for a wedding and had exceptional service, immaculate rooms - the lot. Indra from the bar team was especially on point and friendly. Great place, its a real treat. Take the private pool villas, they are worth it!! Huge rooms, stunning pool and private secluded space.

Amber Resort is truly a boutique hotel and one of the best I've stayed at in the last couple of years (it really is amazing value for money, even if you know luxury!) • Outstanding location on a private, very beautiful and extensive beach. Gives you the feeling you are on a stranded island in a very good way; • Superbly designed beach-front bar/restaurant, where they serve breakfast, dinner, but is also used as the resort chill area; • Infinity pool overlooking the beach (great sunset spot); • Morrocan style, very spacious and impeccably clean rooms with super comfy beds!, TV, mini-fridge, AC; • Amazing, super delicious breakfast (by choice of 7-8 dishes + fruitbar) and not very diverse, but absolutely masterchef menu for beach bites and dinner! Prices at the restaurant are very reasonable, I'd say comparable to any restaurant in Ubud (80-120 IDR for main course). • Lovely and super attentive personnel; • Spa that offers massages at a good price; • Bike, scooter rental, if you want to explore the island! • The hotel is secluded, yet gives you everything you need. There is something about the place, you just cannot put into words that makes it unforgettable. Amber Resort was such a magical getaway for me and my family, I'd do it over and over again! This is one of the easiest 5* reviews I have given. Thank you!

Beautiful location, beachfront. Lovely staff. Had a wonderful massage there and went on a snorkeling trip they organised. This island has three excellent reefs just off shore, live coral, plenty of fish. Saw a turtle on my last morning here. When I'm back on Gili Asahan, this is where I'll stay.

I had very good experience staying at this hotel. Its completely new, so everything is fresh and clean. The staff were super friendly and hardworking, taking care of maintenance and cleanliness throughout the whole day to keep everything spotless and comfortable. Their breakfasts are are simple but healthy and really tasty – just what I needed to start the day. They were also very helpful with arranging scooters and transport to the airport. The location is great too – about 30 minutes by scooter to Kuta - Lombok, and just 5 minutes to a local Markt store and the beach. A special thanks to Ms Salwa from the reception desk – she was especially kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything always smiling. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
