The staff were fantastic! Friendly, welcoming, and they remembered my name the entire stay. Special mention to Amir, who went above and beyond, setting up a private dinner for us by the pool and making our stay extra special. Dwi was also incredibly kind and sweet, making us feel at home. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for a couple more nights. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the beach was perfect soft sand, clear water, and incredible weather made for an unforgettable experience.

In our opinion we had the best room with direct elevated view to the sea and pool. Room was large, new and fully equipped. Upon our request to book a spa treatment, the staff arranged for us swiftly to be transferred for free to the sister hotel and the experience was exceptional. Despite a thunderstorm on our arrival day, we enjoyed gazing to the ocean from the covered restaurant enjoying great food and drinks. The staff were very accommodating with our requests.

I feel like at home. Later I stayed in much more expensive resort , but I not felt same taste. We have 2 years old son he enjoy staying there . For family really great place to stay . Staff Abdul and Jay was really helpful for everything. Breakfast was very delicious like at home. Around view really nice green. Location very near centre and beaches. We rent motorcycle from whiterose and go around specifically Nipah Beach was great adventure. Manager Rey was great guy he arranged our transportation from airport and check out time and everything thing decent price which we can't find another in Lombok .

Very amazing place to stay with all the design and easy and simple. You dont worry about anything. Close to the pool, close to the beach, close to bar, close to cafe.
