The Villa Nova is paradise!! Every detail of the property is well taken care of and while there are staff there to always help with whatever you need, you feel like you have your own slice of the beach to yourself. The chef is top notch- they even prepared fish we caught with amazing techniques. The beach is super clean and right out your back door. The water is great for snorkeling and the property even provides SUP boards free of charge. I wish there was more places like this in the world, but there is not. The Villa is a true gem and the staff can’t be beat. I will definitely book again next time I’m in Lombok!!

Our stay at Tugu was outstanding. The hotel has a very charming look and combines luxury with tradition super well. The service / staff could read your wishes without asking :D, they have been super helpful with all our wishes and they exceeded any expectations we had. The food was amazing, best food we had in Lombok - especially the traditional curries. The breakfast menu is better than buffet. The pools are super nice, and the bigger pool is great for swimming. The beach is large and there is enough room and space for everyone, you feel like you are alone. The hotel has a great reef for snorkeling, better than most diving sites, if you like corals and fishes. We booked some activities and they were all great, we had a nice driver who went the extra mile for our requests (Adri). The Spa is also highly recommended, the massages were amazing, so good that we almost went every day :D. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel, best hotel stay of my life so far and I have been in many places.

The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well arranged with all the buildings and amenities. We loved the pool and poolside loungers. It was fun to bring out the karaoke machine and sing around the pool. It was fun having the pool table and badminton court. We loved the spa services on-site. The private beach was awesome and the kayaks fun to have. The staff was so attentive and accommodating, met all our needs, and made our stay very special. It was fun to interact and get to know some of them. The entire staff participated in an unforgettable anniversary celebration for us on the beach with a huge bonfire, music, dancing, and fireworks....so much fun! We also like the commemorative coconut tree planting. The well lit grounds at night and security was also appreciated.

Located just 10 minutes from the harbour, tucked in a quiet bay we had an amazing experience in this resort. The villa was spacious and tastefully decorated plus the private pool added a nice touch.The main pool overlooking the beach made for some great swimming and the restaurant onsite was very good and reasonably priced with great variety. The staff were the highlight of our stay and made the experience even better. If you want peace and harmony, you are at the right place.
