We had no idea that this hotel had so much history when we booked it. It is a piece of history and is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were exceptional, we still talk about the breakfast weeks later, and the rooms themselves were perfect. The location is perfect to walk through the city and explore.

The hotel was so accommodating. They let us check in very early when we arrived, and arranged for a small dressing gown to be put into the room for my little girl to wear down to the swimming pool. This was a lovely touch. They also placed a teddy bear into the room for her. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

Good location for Cork and Cobh as it’s a short walk to Little Island railway station. Modern spacious room. Good restaurant and for a large hotel, relaxed buffet breakfast. Easy access from main roads.

Had an amazing time in general. We live in Cork, and we decided to do a 1 night getaway from the house in Montenotte. The staff was so friendly, then the spa was so relaxing, after which we got complimentary refreshments. We also had a swim in the pool, including sauna, jacuzzi. Then the dinner was so good, jazz in a small bar, cocktails, and of course amazing breakfast with super attentive waiters. We absolutely loved it!
