Perfect location, beautiful building, incredible staff (friendly, helpful and efficient). I stay in 75+ hotels a year and this one is in the top few. Breakfast is nicely presented, delicious and fast. Staff are very attentive. No negatives at all. Concierge is top notch.

A special shoutout to the young gentleman who visited our room (403) and graciously waived the charge for an order that wasn't up to par. Your dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tino, the charming Indian Portuguese, who ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, especially during breakfast.
