From the moment we arrived, we were graciously welcomed by the delightful Ms. Anne Marie, who offered us coffee as we relaxed in the lobby. Her kindness and attentiveness gave us the perfect first impression – thank you, Ms. Anne! The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special shoutout to the young gentleman who visited our room (403) and graciously waived the charge for an order that wasn't up to par. Your dedication to excellence did not go unnoticed! A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tino, the charming Indian Portuguese, who ensured everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, especially during breakfast. Your attentiveness truly made a difference. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Ms. Lais Silva, whose efforts made our anniversary celebration extraordinarily special.
