In only its second week, the staff was gracious and accommodating. The facility was not fully operational, which would have been nice to know when we booked as the Spa and Bars were not open yet. Soon. With all that it was great to see a new hotel in this area.

Excellent perfect location close to everything near the beach the Plaza shopping! Beautiful views of the ocean and the park directly in front of the hotel! The Sundowns are unbelievably beautiful! The hotel service was excellent and always available. The decor is beautiful even the elevators are stunning on the tile on the floors to the walls and lobby with high ceilings and beautiful Decor as well . the rooms are super comfortable with lots of convenient lighting and our bed was amazing! Even the parking garage was reasonably priced and super clean and well lit with easy access to the elevators which were very fast as well . Highly recommended!
