I liked the food, the courtesy of the staff across check-in, housekeeping, chef, servers. They are trained exceptionally well. They are mindful of the guests' needs. I told the staff that I have traveled to quite a few places and stayed at similar properties. However, the experience at Vivanta, By Taj was outstanding.

Very different from other hotels. We liked the way rooms are constructed around the pool. Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful specially Krishna and of course all the others. Breakfast area everyone was helpful and friendly. We were received by very friendly staff specially the Lady. Bar man Soobhash was excellent.

The staffs are very Courteous and Professional, The hotel had good size room and bathroom with all the basic amenities. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and I loved to take shower in this hotel because the shower had good gush or force of water and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The staff were very helpful in arranging my trip to Ajanta & Ellora and also the lady staff who went through all the trouble to arrange Dollar exchange at the hotel. I asked Vikram, the attending staff, how much would be the charges if I overstay for 4 hours because my train leaves at 4PM and checkout time is 11Am, Without hesitation he answered smilingly, "no charges, compliments of the hotel" that was a very pleasant surprise. Also, the breakfast server, Surya is also very attentive and courteous staff.
