Everything went well. The welcome was great, the food was great (they accommodated dietary restrictions), the rooms were clean with all the luxury amenities. They gave us rooms near each other and also helped make the birthday celebration for my mom very special.

The location makes it the best place to stay in Varanasi. Just next to the river you can use the back door to reach the river in less than a minute. It also has a roof top where you can view the river and the other side. I was able to. Wake up eary and see the sunrise, the boats and monkes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner showed me where to shope at and offered to hold my bag after check out.

The location was great, next to the river and in the historical part of the city, you can walk easily to visit most of the important spots of the city. But mostly I would recommend for the staff who has been really friendly and helpful.
