Our stay was quite comfortable. Every staff member was courteous and polite. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay. I would like to give a special mention to Chef Shriya and Chef Ashmita who went the extra mile and took care of our needs of the palate and sent amazing recommendations our way. They put up a wonderful gesture of bidding adieu to us with a delicious chocolate pastry! I would rate them both 20 out of 10. :) Both my partner and I loved the way they made us feel special and we hope to visit again soon to be welcomed and treated the same way! ❤️

Very modern decor and finishes in room and incredibly helpful concierge service led by Mr Mukherjee who helped arrange/coordinate all of our transport (to/from airport and in town to Salt Lake for family wedding), best breakfast buffet/food options and most comfortable bed of all 5 hotels we stayed in India during this trip. Also loved the Newtown location as walkable to Spencer's in mall next door for bottled water/other random needs, ATM though 2 in area didn't work on 2nd time we needed them, and a great hand crafts fair/Mela that happened to be in town during our stay.

Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the Lobby Manager, Mr. Raghav, and a member of the lobby staff whose name I believe was Anusha. Their welcome and hospitality set the tone for our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an expansive penthouse on the 6th floor, equipped with all modern amenities. The accommodation was huge, what I figures out it was at least 220 square meters, immaculate, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and son were particularly thrilled with the comfort of the room, and even asked me to write their feedback on their experience. The balcony offered an outstanding view of the lake, adding to the charm of our stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously and provided excellent service throughout our visit. I loved the stay, it was cozy, comfortable and clean. I loved their food. The staff was very helpful and well behaved. Ethan and I forgot the name of another staff :( was really nice. The location was super convenient as I could walk to victoria memorial and many other shopping places too. I highly recommend and definitely will come here again if I am coming back.
