Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

Absolutely great breakfast here! Made my stay in Chennai so much better- all the staff from the restaurant manager, chefs, check in staff, all do a great job at helping us feel welcome here. Massage in spa was excellent. Housekeeping was so friendly! The staff is better than the other 5 stars I stayed at in Chennai so they put together an amazing team here. Also it is close to the Phoenix mall.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Indian breakfast was very good and quick service. Western counter was good too. Loved it. The staff and cooks were very responsive. The seating arrangement could be slightly better during peak period but we were okay.

The hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the swimming pool and relaxing in the sauna, which added an extra layer of luxury to our experience.     Nice area of Chennai. Good pool and spa with excellent massage. Fantastic breakfast with excellent variety of south and north india and western options. Vegan friendly. The themed suite is a very nice room with a comfortable bed. Room service food was very good (when they get the order right).

    the breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and of high quality. The spa area was phenomenal, my dad enjoyed the male section and me, my sister and my mum enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The bathrooms were so well appointed and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were second to none and also they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! was really touched! The staff there, at each level and department, went over and beyond - this was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip!

    This is a very high standard hotel in every respect, tasteful interior, great facilities, very clean and top service provided by very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, good location, luxurious room, comfortable bed etc. The spa was also excellent, Indian head massage highly recommended. Fabulous roof terrace with nice pool.

    The room was well appointed and had all the facilities expected (Good bed, Cable TV, Fridge, Safe, nice bathroom. The staff fixed the problem with the safe quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge range of choice. The Pool was great for laps and there was a hot tub and sauna too.
