The breakfast is good with a wide spread of varieties. The attention from Rahul, Arindam, Avash, Karthick and the service staff was exceptional. Everyone of them were super attentive and made our stay both memorable and comfortable. The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.

Very special thanks to Ashwini - when she heard that I had to wear a sari for one of the big functions, she very kindly offered to help me drape it. I am not comfortable wearing a saree and thanks to her, she came over to my room and draped it so very beautifully for me. I was so grateful. The entire team was outstanding. Every single person made sure our stay was pleasant and checked up on us on a regular basis. From the chefs, the housekeeping crew and the security and concierge, we were truly overwhelmed by the warm hospitality.
