River view or forest view both are mesmerizing. Birds chirping in the morning is priceless. Young India at work. You will be surprised how courteous the staff is. Kids friendly. Our two years and 4 year old grandchildren had a good time in the pool and at breakfast counters.

    The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room spacious with a good view over the swimming pool. When we had problems with the internet staff were there within 5 minutes to set up a router in our room to resolve that. Similarly when the desk chair proved faulty it was replaced quickly. The Breakfast was varied and very tasty. The location was within walking distance (about 2-3 kms) of Old Goa sites, which made for a pleasant day wandering around there.

    Great value - lovely room overlooking the lake was spacious and comfortable. Bed was firm and excellent The value accentuated by all the free classes you can attend throughout the day ie 2 yoga classes and a mediation plus other things + all the treatments you can add on The classes were excellent be you a beginner or experienced Very nice staff and am sure we will return - we stayed 5 nights and left rejuvenated
