Ambience is exquisite! The house looks and feels authentic while being relatively clean, which is very hard to find for this price. I absolutely love their walls, beds, desks, and tiles on the floor. It is a true rarity to find someone appreciating such design. It is incredible value for money. On top of the ambience, the caretaker is in the house 24/7 ready to help whenever you need it. Good budget hotel to stay at if you have a late or early travel from Hospet since it's so close to the train station and bus station. You can also visit Hampi from here by grabbing the local bus, but I'd recommend staying closer to Hampi for a better experience. Hotel building was actually pretty good given the low price.

    Property was very spacious and excellent to spend some relaxing time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was very nice especially the breakfast buffet. In room dining was also nice. The extra amenities like cycles, games room gives this property an extra edge.
