The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh feel to them. I also appreciated that all the basic amenities—hot water, toiletries, WiFi, and a comfortable bed—were available, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free.

The Courtyard Marriott is centrally located in Shillong with very attentive staff, and wonderful breakfast spread. Nice and comfortable stay with a good poolside area for relaxing in the evening.

Great location. Superb view of the surrounding Shillong hill from my room. Spacious and well-maintained room with all modern facilities. Fabulous breakfast spread. Warm hospitality with very courteous and cooperative hotel staff right from reception desk and housekeeping to room service.

Courtyard by Marriott Shillong is by far the best hospitality experience I have had. Every little detail is taken care of, the rooms are spic and span, swimming pool and hot tub were great, breakfast is vast and comes with several delicious options. Service is extremely responsive and empathetic. Simrandeep and Pramila stood out for us during our stay. They went beyond their call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of.
