We had a booking in Agrigento but did not feel safe in the township so made a last minute booking for Hotel Villa Athena, a small luxury hotel set within an olive Grove in the valley of the temples. It was amazing from start to finish, customer focused, comfortable, amazing food and wine, and a front row view of the valley of the temples. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Our stay at Emesh Boutique Suite was nothing short of extraordinary and it exceeded our expectations! The owner was so sweet and generous! We were in Agrigento as part of my husband’s birthday celebration and I asked her for a card. She greeted us with the card, cake, balloons, and so much joy! Every moment, Krizia went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay that we decided to extend it! The room itself was a haven of tranquility, with modern amenities and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The spa was a nice addition during a rainy day. The grounds were impeccably maintained, with lush gardens and pristine swimming pool providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I highly recommend it!

This was a great base for touring around the Agrigento area. The main appeal for us was the private pool each room had. In summer, after a whole day off walking in the heat, relaxing in a pool with a bottle of wine and some snacks was the best. If it was winter, this would need less appealing. The room otherwise was very compact but clean and modernly appointed. Bed comfortable for us. The aircon is a bit noisy at night. We didn't have breakfast, instead we headed to local towns for coffee and cornetto. Are at the restaurant once. It was very good. But it's all about those private pools!

The room was very good and had all the amenities listed. The host was very friendly and the breakfast at the pastisserie was very delicious.

Everything!!! Great comfortable rooms, quiet surroundings and excellent facilities. The pools are great. Beach was fantastic though it was a walk or golf cart to beach. Excellent food!

Beautiful buildings and grounds. The hospitality including the food, wine and staff was exceptional. Within a 10 minute drive to an awesome swimming beach is a bonus. Come for a day ….. and stay for a week. :)

Our stay at Agriturismo Raffo was exceptional. A beautifully renovated property with so much character. Our room was cleaned each morning also which was a lovely surprise. Our hosts were so attentive and thoughtful and we had a wonderful breakfast each morning.
