It is located around 10 minutes walk from the train station from which the train takes you to Bologna Centrale in less than 15 minutes. The owner was nice, friendly and helpful and there was everything in the room that one needs for a few days stay. There was a tasty sweet breakfast with fresh coffee as well as a cake in the evening and kettle plus tee in the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there!

This B&B is really value for money! The host and hostess are super nice people, and are always accessible and willing to help if they can. Although they speak very little English, with online translation tools, there is no any problem in understanding each other at all.
