This was a lovely property perfectly situated just outside of Assisi, but also walkable to town (2 km). Views were spectacular, rooms were tastefully decorated as well as spacious and immaculate, the staff friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was the best that we had during our 2 week stay in Italy, with ample selection of both savoury and sweet options. The landscaping around the property was beautiful, as was the pool area and seating areas outside the rooms. We stayed 3 nights and gladly took time away from exploring the area to just relax at this wonderful property. I was very sad to leave and will definitely be back.

We were there in early season. the gorgeous art work inside and out along with the amazing grounds, views, and pool was topped off with a very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included and wonderful. The owners and staff did their best in everything we needed.
