The room was extremely spacious and an added bonus was the rooftop terrace off the room that had spectacular views of the town and the lake beyond. A full breakfast was served in one of the palatial rooms on the lower floor. The husband-and-wife team was extremely gracious and helpful (especially with the luggage).

We were along there and enjoyed our privacy and view to the lake. Our apartments had two floors with huge hall on the first floor and small kitchen in the closet. there is a spacious picnic area in front of the house with benches and tables. and there is a place for barbecue but we didn’t have time to use it. We were relieved to find that there are steps leading from the property directly into the town.... it only takes a few minutes to walk into the town for restaurants etc. Our room was huge. We were even able to bring our bicycles inside the room and still had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and varied.

The room is very clean. The location of this hotel is amazing. It is located right in front of lake Bolsena. You can relax in the garden of the hotel and within a few steps you can take a dive into the lake, or in the swimming pool of the hotel. You can have lunch/dinner at this hotel, but also around Bolsena there are many good places to have dinner as well.

My room was spacious. The location was absolutely right for us - so close to the lake. The breakfasts were so well organised, adjusting to the COVID situation. The dinner was absolutely delicious.
