Location and facilities are amazing. We had a partial view to the lake, with the room by the swimming pool, which we really appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is really amazing and the closeness to nature makes it a perfect stay.

After touring around Lake Como, it was lovely knowing we had such a relaxing place to back to. The owners/staff were very friendly and attentive even when it was busy.

The staff was amazingly friendly. I want to point out the lady who worked as a waitress for the dinner service - she spoken both english and german and managed to keep a smile even when it got very busy! Aside from this, everything was exactly like what the positive reviews say. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, everything! One thing I especially enjoyed was having a balcony, as some of the more expensive rooms in other hotels didn't have this option. I love relaxing outside at the end of the day and we had a view of the forest and road we climbed up. This was incredible.

had a perfect stay and will definitely return. Renting a car is recommended, and the hotel offers good parking as well. Trying and even buying the complimentary Timoncello at the beside restaurant ( La BAIA ) is highly recommended..
