The property was well maintained. The room was spacious and had a charming old-looking country feel. Loved it. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple yet tasty and enough. The pool was clean. Could hear frogs at night. You need a car to move around, the hotel is a little far from Umbertide.

    A beautiful hotel with spectacular views. Lovely historical spaces imaginatively decorated. The rooms are fresh and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. It was such a pleasure to see the pride they had in their food and services. The food was delicious and the breakfast generous.

    What a beautiful location to stop and relax from the busy travelling and sight seeing. My husband enjoyed a horse ride and swimming in the pool. We were upgraded for our stay, and the room was amazing with awesome views and privacy. It is a far distance away from the towns, but is just magical. Amazing breakfast provided. Very helpful staff.

    Very nice breakfast setting in the old Church with great Italian options (brioche, cakes, croissants etc) as well as American/Australian/British style options (e.g. scrambled eggs on toast etc). We really enjoyed relaxing and having a long breakfast each day.
