Staff, Vianna was so helpful and gracious, she made our check in streamlined, made arrangements for a massage, and provided great insights for restaurants. The Turkish Bath helped to melt away stresses of travel and their breakfast was perfect to start your day.

Completely refurbished B&B in a non-cluttered decor. Very accommodating hosts. Lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast and lounging. Received helpful information prior to arrival. Optimal location if arriving by car. Bagage drop in Piazza Santa Maria (we used the EasyPark app to pay for parking here), and free parking a short 8-minute walk from Porta Santa Maria.

Spacious, gorgeous surroundings, very helpful staff, nice shower and beautiful garden. Also, bus stops were right outside the property; very convenient.

The place is beautiful and very kid friendly. Kids could join us for all the pools and some of the spa activities, they even got kids’ size bath robes. Check out was late and enabled more time in the pools in the morning and breakfast was good. Staff are all extremely friendly.

La Monastica is, without a doubt, the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The resort is like a secret garden unfolding across different levels—each terrace revealing new corners of serenity, from elegant pools to peaceful towers and cozy nooks perfect for unwinding while taking in the breathtaking views. The staff—Michela, Elena, Paola, and the entire team—embody true hospitality. Their attentiveness, warmth, and kindness are something truly rare and unforgettable. They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. From the soothing massages to the jacuzzis enhanced with facial masks, every detail is crafted to melt away stress and wrap you in calm. The atmosphere is luxurious yet grounding—pure bliss. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The kind of dining experience you’ll tell stories about for years to come. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine. Every morning felt like a celebration—so fresh, so flavorful, so perfectly done. Truly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Visiting La Monastica was a dream come true. A very comfortable, clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location near Terme Park, just a few hundred meters from the cable car to Montecatini Alto and walking distance from the center. Spacious rooms with balcony and nice view, large bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, outdoor pool and indoor spa contribute to the quality. Free parking, very important. Definitely a good choice for a pleasant vacation in Montecatini Terme.
