I'll start with the room. 3 diff showers one a regular shower we all familiar with, second next to the bed a bath, and outside a spa bath that all you see from it is the lake - Amazing. Staff - from the moment you get till the moment you leave they do everything to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast - you have it all, veggies, fruits, pastry, meat, diff types of cheese, fresh juices, coffee\tea, and ofc any type of omelette you wish to have. Senso - Michelin restaurant located inside the hotel - everything was fab - from the lights to the whole experience to the food.

Hotel San Giacomo Spa&Gourmet is set at an altitude of 3937 feet surrounded by natural beauty and a stunning mountain landscape.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was informative and friendly, I especially liked the newsletter each morning with events, excusions and hikes nearby. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, both savory and sweet, a honey comb and over 15 seeds, fruits, yogurt/cereal toppings. The family and adult spa were never crowded and well-maintained. Great hotel bar, wonderful ambiance, and piano bar 6 nights a week in February2024.

The location was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. There was parking. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was good with many options.
