Breakfast was nice, I think everyone would be able to find things that they like. There were omelettes and some cooked stuff for a hot breakfast and cold cuts / jams etc. for a cold breakfast. The coffee machine makes tasty coffee too.

A very spacious apartment with much storage space and very clean. The pool area was also clean and was a great way to close the day. Breakfast was also excellent with savory and sweet options and tasty coffee to your liking. The location is quiet but far from the centre of Modena, it would be best to have a car. Special praise for the cleaning lady who did an exceptional job in tidying up our room!

The one and only - owner and host - Francesca- has made our stay unforgettable, with her warmth, personal touch and attention to details! She has organized a birthday surprise for us with snacks balloons drinks a gift and all, which we would have never received elsewhere.
