It was central for the Florence area. Penthouse suite was AWESOME on the top floor! Breakfast was awesome too!

the staff and the pool, breakfast was bountiful, we used the spa and had massages, fabulous value.

The apartment is unique and very cozy. Everyone who works there is very polite and attentive, the food is also very tasty.

The location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were kept spotless! We enjoyed the breakfast with Nadisha serving us. The desk worker, Marianna helped to translate our needed medical appointment and results. She was so patient. Francisco was helpful as well. We would come and stay again. It was peaceful and beautiful in November.

Everything. Our stay was just as we imagined for a five-star hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There are numerous ways of how to adjust the lightning in the room. The surroundings of the hotel were full of trees, gardens and perfectly maintained lawns. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff fulfilled our every wish. As we were mostly around in Tuscany during the day, we had dinner in the hotel as well. This was even better - three to four courses every evening on a beautiful terrrace, every course better than the other with very reasonable prices for a five-star hotel.

The location is perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in centro. The event we traveled for was in Pistoia and all hotels were booked. This was the perfect alternative.

We chose Montecatini Terme as our base for exploring Tuscany. We stayed for five days, and since it was August, the temperatures were incredibly high. After daily sightseeing, we would return to the pleasantly air-conditioned hotel and head straight to the pool after a shower—an absolute lifesaver in that heat. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly, creating a pleasant, relaxed, and almost homely atmosphere. All this at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended!

They made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely heartwarming. The spa is a haven in itself. From the soothing massages to the jacuzzis enhanced with facial masks, every detail is crafted to melt away stress and wrap you in calm. The atmosphere is luxurious yet grounding—pure bliss. Devoti Restaurant deserves its own standing ovation. Set within a beautifully restored old church, the ambiance alone is magical. But the food—every single dish—was a revelation. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The kind of dining experience you’ll tell stories about for years to come. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine. Every morning felt like a celebration—so fresh, so flavorful, so perfectly done. Truly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. Visiting La Monastica was a dream come true.
