The propery is upscale with good facilities. The room was very lovely and the staff were super helpful with arranging transfers and taxis and early morning breakfast for our large group.

The location is perfect for the two main roads in Naples, Spaccanapoli and Toledo. It was an easy walk to the Beverello port to catch a ferry. Our host was easy to reach and so very nice. The room was sparkling clean and modern. Having the hot tub was a major plus considering all the walking we did in the city!

This highly remodelled 1 bedroom apartment is great. Very comfortable bed. 2 Air conditioner units. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Nice little extras like a beer and water and milk for the coffee. Candies and chips etc. The owner is really trying hard to make sure everything goes well. We were shuttled from our rental car place to the apartment and then the next day to the airport. 15 Euro each shuttle. Elevator in building takes you to the 8th floor.

It is always a pleasure to meet the host, especially Carmine, who was really helpful. He picked us up from the airport (a service we appreciated a lot to avoid getting lost in the city) and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay. The house is perfect for a three-day escape; it is in a very strategic location (you can walk everywhere), and you can see the love and care Carmine and his wife put into every detail. Lovely stay!

I loved what felt like a secret entrance to the guest house. The ancient staircase and tiny elevator were fantastic. The best part, though, were all the women running the hotel. Jordana, Chaira and Rosella were so helpful, kind and friendly. The dining room opens up onto a pretty little secret garden. Fernando, who worked in the dining room was lovely as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and Fernando also made omelettes to order.

We had such a great stay at Napoli in Relax! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay special. We enjoyed the ambience of the room, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind! The location is close to the water so we were able to enjoy the surrounding scenery. Highly recommended! We definitely want to stay here again when we return to Naples!
